This period house was previously in use as offices. Having been stripped bare of any character and soul, a complete interior redesign was necessary to inject personality back into the home. A new modern extension was added, while the period features were reintroduced in the existing rooms - replica cornicing and mouldings were reinstated along with the restoration of stained glass windows and doors. The colour palette is fresh and airy, sympathetic to the old style of the house while working well with the newer, more contemporary style. This also helped add to a feeling of calm and serenity for the upstairs rooms.
